- Assessment templates setup and support plus data analysis tables.
- Onsite support when required.
Silver Support

- 4 half day onsite school visits for support/training/inset

I started working in private sector IT support in 1995 and moved into Educational IT support in 2002. With over 10 years’ experience working with Secondary schools and their SIMS database including; general SIMS support, reporting, timetabling and assessment. I am also an accredited RM Integris Support Provider and trainer. I have supported schools in Tower Hamlets for over 6 years and built a successful service providing support and training for all Schools as well as providing bespoke assessment tracking service within RM Integris.
